Role Overview: As a Design and Technology Teacher specialising in Resistant Materials and CAD, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing creativity, technical skills, and critical thinking among our students. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Resistant Materials and CAD, catering to students of varying abilities and ages. Inspire students to explore design concepts, problem-solving techniques, and advanced manufacturing processes. Foster a culture of safety and responsible tool usage within the workshop environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessment strategies. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them reach their full potential. Participate in department meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. A degree or relevant qualification in Design and Technology or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in Resistant Materials and CAD. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to student progress, well-being, and achievement.
